What can I expect from the Dutch Test?

    • The Dutch Complete is the most comprehensive and advanced hormone test on the market. It’s the gold standard for testing hormones.

    • The DUTCH test provides a detailed profile of sex and adrenal hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol), including their metabolites, enabling us to pinpoint symptoms and identify the root causes of hormone imbalance.

    • The test utilizes objective measurements, graphics and patterns to outline the processes of your body.

    • The kit contains paper strips that you dip in your urine at times noted in instructions within a 24 hour period. When the strips are dry, you will mail them off in the provided packaging.

    • In two to three weeks Liz will notify you that the results are in and we will move forward to schedule a review.

    • The review will include a 6-page report. (See a sample report here.) Liz will use these results to get an accurate picture of the hormones assessed and create a personalized plan to address imbalance.

    • One Dutch test
